The Butcher – Thomas Hendy Cut' 2020 is a masterful blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Nebbiolo. These vintage balances tradition and innovation, making it a standout choice for collectors and wine enthusiasts. Deep and rich ruby red hue. Ripe nose with blackcurrant, mocha, and anise aromatics. Full bodied but with a silken glide to its black fruit core. Tannins are supple and gently guide it long to a building savoury finish that shows cured meats, nori, and pepper spices. An intriguing blend that works very well.
