Description
This ruby red wine is enriched with ripe cherries and plums & pleasant notes of cocoa & vanilla. (Some say ‘with a hint of bell pepper.) On the palate those very fruity notes are evident. It is medium bodied with low sweetness & high acidity. The tannins are medium, but the alcohol high. If you have never had a Primitivo, take the plunge & enjoy this velvety textured wine.
